The Huntsville Tennis Center (HTC) provides Junior Drop In Clinics, Advanced Youth Group Training, Summer Camps, Tournaments, Junior Team Tennis League, and private tennis lessons in Huntsville, AL.

Junior Tennis Activities - Lots of Fun!
Always Available:
Private Individual & Group Lessons to help your Youth Player Grow their Game!
Our Pros are available throughout the year and especially now at the end of the year to help develop a particular stroke they need to work on:
- Serve
- Volleys
- Ground Strokes
- Specialty Shots; lob, slice, drop shot, overhead
- Game Positioning, what stroke to use when, and game/match strategies.
Reach out to any of our Pros to schedule 30min, 60min - individual or group lessons - we're here to help your players develop quickly, using the correct fundamentals for a life time of tennis fun!

Huntsville Area Tennis Association (HATA) donation this fall for Youth Equipment has allowed us to refresh our youth racquets, balls and mini nets!
We will use the remaining donation amount to purchase and build 2 new backboards for our youth to be located on our hard courts!

This Spring we will offer lots of options for your players to develop their tennis skills and love for tennis! Whether your players just want to learn and play for fun or develop from beginners to advanced players. We offer it all!
And by mid Spring will have 10 Brand New Hard Courts for our Youth - for state of the art training and play!
- Advanced Youth Tennis Program - Starts Jan 14 - Tue/Thu Weekly - Experienced/motivated players
- Youth Beginner Programs - Feb, March, April - 4 Week Programs - Ages 7-17
- Home School Youth Tennis - All ages, Tue/Wed mornings - Start Date TBD
- Tiny Stars Drop Ins - Ages: 4-7 Tue/Thu, 3:30-4:15pm - Starts March 18 (Tue), 2025
- Private Group or Individual Lessons - with one or our Coaches - is always available for all ages!
- Junior Team Tennis will start in February too! A great way to 'play' tennis in a fun team environment.
- SUMMER CAMPS will return June and July too - Details available soon!

HTC Advanced Youth Tennis Program - Tue/Thu, 4:30-6:00pm - Starts Jan 14!
Four levels of players are supported from Age 8-18. Advanced Beginner - Green Ball, Intermediate 1, Intermediate 2, and Advanced (High School Elite Players Program). Our Green Ball Group (10&Under) - sessions are Mondays/Wednesdays 4:30-5:30pm
Our Advanced Tennis Group is designed to give highly motivated players an opportunity to develop their tennis skills to play high school tennis, play USTA Youth Tournaments or simply wish to develop their competitive tennis skills to the highest level.
Reservations are required. Limited space so sign up soon! $25/Player/Session

Spring Youth Beginner Tennis Programs! - All 3 Beginner Programs are Ready for Sign ups!
- 3 Programs; Feb, Mar, Apr, 1 Program per month
- Monday/Wednesday - 4 weeks, 8 sessions. - 3:30-4:30pm -10&Under, 4:30-5:30pm - 11+ - $20/Session/Player
- Great introduction to Tennis - with lots of FUNdamentals for proper stroke development and Fun Games to play too!

Tiny Stars Information - Tue/Thu - 3:30-4:15 - $15/session - Sessions Starts March 18, 2025!
- A great drop-in program to help your new players get a great start to tennis! We do ask parents to have consistency in coming if at all possible. Please let us know if you plan to come both Tue and Thu, or just once a week, etc. Our goal is 4-6 players per coach - so we can add a second/third coach when we get higher numbers.
- We provide the balls, and if you don't have a racquet yet, we have loaner racquets and at your first session, we can tell you what size to purchase when you're ready. (generally $20 at Walmart/Sports Academy/etc.)
- We separate the 4-5 yrs and 6-7 yr olds. Our 4-5s use the Large Red Tennis Balls with a small tennis net. Our 6-7s use orange dot balls and the standard tennis net.

Home School Youth Tennis with Roland - Start Date TBD
Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Beginning February to May - Detailed Days and Times coming soon!
GROUP A: This class offers a wide range of tennis activities and game play. It is a low-cost, non-committal way for kids to get exercise and/or gear up for competitive play. No special clothes are needed for this class, just tennis shoes and a racquet. Play will be held at the Huntsville Tennis Center on the and play times are based on skill level, and participation.
GROUP B: This class offers a more competitive environment for players looking to take their game to the next level, high school, college, and beyond. This class will offer training, fitness, and strategy to go along with match play.
Group A Players will play Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00am-10:00am
Group B Players will play Tuesday and Wednesday 9:00am-10:30am
